Community Center  Under Construction 
Scheduled Completion Winter 2008

The Ozark Parks Department is excited that the construction of 
The Ozark Community Center (THE OC) is underway.  The building will be located 
between Ozark and Empire Banks on Jackson Street.  

The Facility will include: community rooms, 2 basketball courts, concessions, wet and dry locker rooms, lap swim pool, zero depth recreation pool with slide, lazy river & a vortex pool, party rooms, a fitness center, indoor track, rock climbing wall sponsored by the Greater Ozark Sertoma Club, and cafe'.  This will be a fun place for the entire family.  


The Ozark Parks Board is looking for business to sponsor each community room, call the park office if you would more information on the sponsorship.

The OC is now accepting applications for:

Assistant Concession Supervisor
Must have a working knowledge of concession sales, inventory,
balance budget. This person will assist the Concession Supervisor
in innovative planning, coordinating, administering, organizaing 
and implementing of the various well-rounded and diversified 
concession stands and at the new OC.

Maintenance
Must be 21 years of age
Valid MO drivers license Class E CDL Preferred
Knowledge of Pool Maintenance and current CPO or AFO
Plumbing and Electrical Experience
Equiptment Maintenance/Repair Experience


Group Exercise Instructors
Must be a certified instructor
Have at least 1 year experience


 Facility Manager
Must have the following Qualifications:
4 year degree 
Experience in Recreation
People skills including managerial experience
Experience in organizing special events
Valid MO drivers license


Family Development Manager
Must have the following qualifications:
4 year degree in Child and Family Development
Administrative experience
Great people skills
Experience in organizing special events
Ability to work well with young children
Valid MO Drivers License
