    General Information:
   Your trash bill will be stated on the same bill as your water and sewer.  Upon registration, you
   will be assigned.  Trash must be curbside by 6:00 a.m. on your assigned day.  If you order a
   cart, please allow 10 working days for your cart to be delivered (carts are delivered on  
   Fridays).  Trash service is contracted through Allied Waste Services.  For any problems 
   concerning your trash service, please contact them at (417) 865-1717.

Recycling:
To get Recycling added to your billing, just call the water department and  request recycling. The charge is $1.00.
Allied waste will then bring you a 'blue bin' that you place your recycled goods in to be picked up at your normal time.

Your Recycling Schedule will be every other week.

Items Accepted are:
Aluminum cans, tin cans, glass bottles and jars (clear brown and green) newspapers in paper sacks, plastic ( milk, water, orange, cider and soda bottles)

County Recycling: 
Christian County Recycling is a drop off service offered here in Ozark.
It is located at 1300 West Hall, in Ozark.
Gates are Open Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
Bins are available everyday. However, there is NO DUMPING at the site, nor do they accept TREE TRIMMINGS or BRUSH.

Materials Accepted:
Tin Cans: RInsed, remove lables and lids from all cans. Aerosol cans are accepted.
Aluminum Cans: Remove labels and lids from all cans.
Paper: Cardboard needs to be broken down.
Plastic Beverage Containers:
#1 Soda and Water Bottles. REMOVE CAPS. Look for #1 on botton of bottle.
#2 Milk jugs and fruit juice containers. REMOVE CAPS, rinse and flatten.
