The Public Works Department is involved in the management, design, construction,
   administration, and review of all projects containing utility infrastructure.  This includes the
   water distribution system, the sewer collection system, the street system, the storm drainage
   system, and all related facilities.  The Public Works Department participates in the long-term
   planning of infrastructure for projected growth, constant review of ordinances for updates,
   plan review for new development, negotiation of easements, and acts as the City's liaison to all
   federal and state agencies and neighboring communities.  The Public Works office is open 8a.m.-
   5p.m., Mon-Fri in Ozark City Hall (417) 581-2407.
