The services in this department include those associated with comprehensive planning, rezoning,
   conditional use permits, platting processes, site plan review, and variances.  Therein contained
   are the organization of work sessions and recording of minutes for the Planning and Zoning
   Commission, as well as public notification and staff support to the Planning and Zoning 
   Commission, City Council, and Board of Zoning Adjustment.
